The Roots - "How I Got Over"

rootspic.jpg

The Roots continue to prove themselves as the hardest working Hip Hop band in the business. Not only are they working for "The Man" (Jimmy Fallon) as his house band, they're still touring all over the place, and even found time to work on new material. "How I Got Over" is the title track, and first single, to the legendary band's next full-length album.

The title track plays to The Root's current self-proclaimed image as the "Biggest Underdog Group" in the game. It's soulful semi-bluesy song about the best advice anyone could give on how to make it in the streets.

The album drops September 29th.
